Important Notes Regarding Rates
The above room rates are based on 2 people per room. There is an extra person charge of $30.00 per person over 2.
There is an early departure fee equal to 1 night room rate plus tax. To avoid this fee, please inform hotel staff of any change in your departure date at check-in.
These rates are valid during the conference as well as 3 days prior to and 3 days after the event.
Important Restrictions
Only 110 rooms are available at these rates, therefore you MUST book early. After July 2009, we will release the room block at which point you will be subject to market rates if you wish to reserve a room. The Chicago Marathon is taking place during the same weekend as our conference and we anticipate that all major hotels in the city will be sold out.
