The conference fee includes a fabulous Saturday night gala evening at the Chicago Art Institute, a luxury dinner cruise on the lake with music and dancing on Thursday evening and gourmet sit-down lunches. It also includes access to the conference, copies of all material handed out before the conference, materials made available electronically after the conference and a superlative environment to listen, learn and share.
The Spouse/Companion package includes the Thursday evening cruise and the Saturday evening gala. It does NOT include admission to the conference for the spouse/companion.
Travel and accomodations are also NOT included in the conference fee. You will need to make your own reservations for airfare and hotel accomodations. You can find hotel information here.
